Daniel is the Chief Operating Officer for Design & Build Electrical. He has been with Design & Build for 11 years.  Daniel started with us in the field as an electrician honing his skills and knowledge of the electrical trade, culminating with becoming a licensed master electrician in 2015. In 2015 he transitioned from the field to the office staff working as a project manager and estimator. Since that time, he has transitioned into overseeing the day in and day out operations of the company. He prides himself on maintaining the outstanding reputation that Design & Build Electrical has gained over the 20+ years in business and sets an example for all employees that taking care of our customers and completing projects on time and in a safe workman like manner takes precedence above all else. When he isn’t working, Daniel is typically spending time off with his wife, son, and daughter. He enjoys rooting for his Indiana Hoosiers, Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers. 

Dustin is an estimator/project manager for Design and Build Electrical. He has over 10 years of experience in the field. He looks to use that experience and knowledge to help solve any problems that might come up. Dustin is a husband and father and spends most of his time when away from Design and Build with his family. His other love is football and especially the Indianapolis Colts.

Matt is one of our Project Manager/Estimators here at Design and Build Electrical. He was in the field for us as a Foreman for 9 years and has 17 years’ experience as an electrician. He joined the office in 2019 and was ready for a new challenge in the industry. He loves being involved in the day-to-day operation and seeing a project start from the beginning stage to the final product. His love for the electrical field has been shown with his work, commitment, teaching at a local trade school and learning the newest innovations in the trade. In is off time, he loves spending time with his wife of 10+ years, their daughter and son which are always involved in sports, church or riding bikes. Summer time is his favorite as you will find him on a golf course, pool side, riding bikes or cooking on the grill.

Bill Burton has been a field supervisor for over 20 years. He is involved in the day to day scheduling, material ordering, equipment rental, and overseeing all field employees. He is also our Safety Director to insure all of our job sites are practicing all safety procedures and completes bi-weekly tool box talks. When not at work Bill loves golfing.

Cyndi has been our financial controller/office manager for over 10 years.  She handles all planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions. Her duties include but are not limited to: Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Human Resources, Benefit Administration, Plotting, and supply ordering. In her spare time she loves attending sporting events, traveling with her husband, and spending time with friends and family.
